Job Description:
We are currently looking for IT Staffing Account Managers with a demonstrated track record selling and managing large IT account contracts. The candidate must also have a proven track record in delivering monthly and quarterly sales numbers in IT Staff Augmentation. If you have the confidence and ability to help expand our customer base and embrace the opportunity for growth within a fast pace staffing company then we would be interested in talking to you.
This is a 100% commission with no cap and unlimited earning potential. This includes our quarterly and annual bonus plan, along with a monthly mileage allowance. Opportunity for conversion after proven results.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering sales revenue from new IT staffing services.
- Identify new leads and opportunities from start to close.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Understand the business needs of clients.
- Work with recruiters throughout the job order life cycle.
- Manage on-site consultants, retention, time-reporting, reviews, and client feedback.
- Negotiate client contracts and bill rates.
- Work with customers to resolve consultant issues.
Job Responsibilities
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years experience selling Information Technology Staffing a must
- A proven track record of securing new business and closing deals
- Ability to prospect, qualify and close new business
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Understanding of IT terminology
- Cold calling and networking
- Working with a sense of urgency and high energy
- Must adhere to company process and procedures with meticulous CRM entry
- Self Starter
- Highly competitive
